Winneshiek County has one new COVID-19 case

Both counties are located in northwest New Mexico and have been hit hard by the COVID-19 outbreak.

The recovery of the last active case - a person in their 50s linked to the St Margaret's Hospital and Rest Home cluster - was reported on Monday.

A total of 8,073 Oklahomans have tested positive for COVID-19 and 359 total virus-related deaths were reported by the state health department.

In Douglas County, 72 out of the 79 people with confirmed cases of COVID-19 have recovered, Lawrence-Douglas County Public Health said in its daily update.

There have been no new health-care facility outbreaks. One COVID-19 patient in Nelson County remains hospitalized.

Confirmed COVID-19 cases continue to spread in New Mexico prisons as state health officials announced new positive test results on Friday in four different detention facilities.

The ministry said it was great news that more businesses and organisations were displaying the official QR codes.

"We continue to encourage as many people as possible to download and use the app", the ministry said in a statement this afternoon. This includes amending the provincial health officer's order for food and liquor service establishments to make restaurants and pubs safer for employees and patrons.

Henry adds that patrons should ensure they are healthy and in a small group before heading to a local establishment.
